Financial Options & Information
The initial examination, photographs and consultation fee is
$96.00. Other diagnostic data such as radiographs, study models,
occlusal evaluation etc. are an additional fee.
After your consultation and examination a personalized Treatment
Plan will be presented and discussed with you.
Estimated costs of treatment and duration of treatment will be
available for explanation as well.
Sometimes treatment may be phased, and often it is necessary to
sequence procedures over time. We may need to work with
specialty practices to provide the best comprehensive care.
A Financial Payment Plan must be agreed upon before treatment
can be undertaken. We do not want a misunderstanding to affect
our long-term relationship.

Regarding Dental Insurance Benefits, often there is no
coverage for strictly cosmetic services. Sometimes however, the
procedures performed may replace existing work or be necessary
to control decay or fractures. In those cases, as a courtesy to
our patients, we will fill out or write up the forms for you to
file for benefits. We will do our best to work with you to
maximize your insurance benefits. We do not accept the insurance
payments directly, we ask that you pay us for services rendered
in full, and your insurance benefits will be sent directly to
you in most cases.

Credit Cards
We honor some major credit cards- Visa, Master Card and American
Express. We can provide you with information on third party
financing, the Dental Fee Plan, to help you afford treatment
costs more comfortably. Of course, we accept credit/debit cards,
cash and check payments as well.
We will do our best to give you as much information needed to
make you feel comfortable with payment of dental services.
